Linked-Reads: Reads and Molecules

The LINKED-READ view shows a selection of the reads in a given interval. Each dot corresponds to a read and the vertical position of each read is determined by its barcode. Thus reads from the same GEM are horizontally aligned and connected by a line. Structural variants are highlighted with orange rectangles. The controls at the upper left of the screen allow you to zoom and pan the view.
